The hotel itself is outstanding, with a prime spot right between Tulum’s center, the hotel zone, and the ruins. The staff is truly great. The apartment’s equipment is overall quite basic; it lacks a coffee machine in the room. The smoking area could use a little lighting.

Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the facilities were well maintained. There’s a cool cenote on the property plus two pools. Unfortunately, the restaurant was under construction, but food was still available near the pools and cenote. There aren’t many dining options nearby, so you can’t just wander out to eat—you need a plan and a car. That probably works to the hotel’s advantage since their food is great, though it’s a bit pricey.

The place is amazing, and I had a beautiful room. The kitchen is a plus. The staff is very kind. The cenote is gorgeous. The food is fantastic. Love it! There are families and kids, and sometimes it gets noisy. I had to switch rooms because there was no privacy.
