The view and service were good. The bathroom light wasn't working properly, one of the room lights was flickering, and the broken fan made the stay a bit uncomfortable.

The location, cleanliness, staff behavior, and food were good. The mountain view double bed rooms were nice. Family rooms feel claustrophobic. There is no window (better say 'no view window') in the family room, and this wasn't mentioned during booking, so I never would have booked a room without any window or ventilation. Additionally, there is no mobile network, and the Wi‑Fi inside the family room is absolutely zero—ridiculous.

The location is good, but the hotel is on the 3rd floor, making it very tough to climb. Otherwise, the staff were cooperative and kind. The 3rd floor is the downside.

The place and the staff were fine. When I checked in, the beds were not clean; they were full of tiny hairs and looked unclean.
