I had a disastrous experience at this hotel. They completely disregarded my booking confirmation and sent my elderly father away at 2 AM, claiming they couldn't find his name in their system. The lack of communication and professionalism was appalling, and to make matters worse, they didn't even bother to check the booking details before sending him away. I was extremely disappointed by their unresponsive nature and would advise others to think twice before booking here.
