“Un buen hotel venido a menos”
The location and friendly staff were good. The facilities were poorly maintained: the room windows were dirty and the furniture was worn out.

The place was clean. The service was lacking – staff didn’t greet you, and the pool towels, which should be five‑star quality, were in terrible condition.

Me encantó la zona de la piscina. Cuando trate de conectarme a la red del hotel decía que no haber internet disponible

The location was fine. The restaurant needs a remodel and some staff training.

The location, comfort, and cleanliness were great. The waiters were a bit inattentive and forgetful.
