The room was very clean, but the stairs are too steep and you have to walk a lot.

The staff were comfortable to deal with, yet the location is bad, the mattress is poor, there’s no lift, no public transport nearby, no car parking, and it’s too expensive.

The view, atmosphere, staff, amenities, and food were all excellent, but the location was hard to locate and reach; if you book, avoid taking a large bus because it isn’t allowed on Mussoorie’s main road.
