The room size and huge balcony are great, and the housekeeping service is exceptional; breakfast is fine. The location works well if you arrive by public transport because it faces the Bari Centrale station, but it’s far from the historic center and the train noise is noticeable, though not excessive.

I liked the spaciousness, comfort, and everything was functional, plus the Wi‑Fi was good. The cleaning staff scheduled for four days only came once at our request, and they claimed to have come earlier when they hadn't; the owner Michele was decisive in fixing the issue.

Close to the train station, clean, and everything we needed for one night was provided. The shower area is poorly designed, with water leaking while showering.

The building sits 200 m from the train station, convenient for rail arrivals. The room is large, welcoming, and super clean, and breakfast at their on‑site bar is more than satisfactory. However, the room is poorly sound‑proofed.
