The reception was friendly, the staff always available, parking on site was convenient, and the nearby Buffalo Grill offered excellent food; the “beach” of Libourne and the free green spaces were perfect for sports or just relaxing, and there was the option to dine on site after breakfast (though we never used it), all while the bed comfort was solid. On the downside, the air‑conditioning was quite noisy, some parts of the building felt old‑fashioned, there were no window screens, and the sound insulation seemed a bit thin—raising the TV volume risked disturbing others.

The staff were unfriendly, the room was dirty with wall stains and uncleaned carpets, the hotel looked outdated, the plastic shower cabin was expensive for what it offered, and overall it was a poor experience.

Le personnel souriant et accueillant Emplacemnt bien pour un passage à Libourne. La literie moyenne Bruit d eau qui coule sans cesse durant la nuit, qui ne venait ni des sanitaires ni de la douche de notre chambre .??? Petit-déjeuner un peu cher
