From the moment I booked, the communication was smooth and helpful. Fran sent me trail tips and weather info, and the team—especially Eduardo—was always ready to lend a hand. They even let me borrow trekking poles, which saved me a trip to a rental shop. The lodge itself feels like a rustic log‑house, warm and clean, with a comfy bed and plenty of free water bottles.
