I really liked the staff’s service, and the breakfast was decent, though not many options. The air‑conditioning couldn’t go above 22 degrees, which is a problem in a hot city like Seville. We had issues with the bathroom flush, and the towels were too small even for someone like me who is 1.50 m tall.

“Buena ubicación... pero para nada es un hotel "Boutike"”

The location is super central and easy to reach, close to tourist spots if you’re sightseeing. But the room I got was nothing like the pictures on the website – no cute decor, no cozy or bright vibes, just a bare, white, cold space with no pictures or color. Breakfast was plentiful, yet there was no cow milk; you could only get soy or lactose‑free milk, and when I asked for rice milk, they said no, and when I asked for cow milk, they looked at me like I was requesting something odd and simply said “there isn’t any.” The front desk staff were as cold and functional as the room, offering no welcome, just a routine. I missed the expected Andalusian hospitality. The price I paid felt like a total ripoff; I ended up in a hostel‑style room, not a boutique hotel as advertised.

The spot is right in the center but not too noisy, and you can use the kitchen. The bathroom is very small and there were only a few towels that were a bit worn.
