I was waiting around 8 pm for the room to be cleaned, only to find the staff still tidying up while I stood there, which was quite annoying.

I cancelled as soon as I saw the place; parking is on the street in a run‑down area, the exterior looks like a 1970s guest house, and it’s a bit of a trek to Meadowhall.

“never answred calls, didnt open dooor , booking cancelled”

They never answered our calls; we waited outside their property for over two hours and ultimately cancelled our booking because no one responded—don’t book this hotel, stay away.

“Not recommended”

The location is fine, but the hot water finished early in the evening, the heater was very cold, there was a mould smell, and there weren’t enough blankets. I tried contacting the owner, but he didn’t answer—very bad hotel.

If they cleaned the room, it would have been better.
