I booked a triple room, but the third bed was missing and the mattress, cushion, and blanket had no covers.

The location is next to a tram stop with a fast and direct link to the city centre, plus free parking. The breakfast was disappointing.

The staff were friendly and the place was close to the tram, but it was hot, there was no air conditioning, and the beds were not very comfortable.

I checked into room #1 and it was spotlessly cleaned, including the bathroom, and there was a small fridge inside. The hotel sits right in front of the tram station, giving easy access to the Danube riverside, the old town, and the stadium. A Kaufland supermarket is only a 10‑minute walk away. The bar stays open until 21:00 and accepts card payments. The only downside was that there’s no AC in the room and the windows have to be opened at night, so I could hear trams at midnight and in the morning.
