“Scammer staff”
The man named Harri at the front desk told me I’d have to wait until the next day to retrieve my visa card, which seemed odd. I insisted I needed it that evening for online payments, and he reluctantly returned it an hour later. Since leaving, I’ve seen charges that are more than double my stay, and when I called for an interim invoice, they said only managers could send those and promised callbacks that never came. I’ve contacted them many times with no response and plan to notify consumer protection.
