The staff at the hotel cafe were super friendly, they even brought us an extra blanket when we asked for one. The room was a bit small, but at least there was hot water and some basic toiletries. It's a decent place to stay, but don't expect anything fancy.

The cold water tap in the shower was broken, so we had to use the hot water tap instead. It was a real pain when we tried to switch to cold water, but nothing happened. The hotel needs to fix this issue ASAP.

Our room had a window that looked out onto a space where another room's window was located. When the people in the other room went to bed late, our room was blasted with light, which was really annoying. Some thicker curtains would've been a nice touch.

The parking area was spacious and convenient, and the hotel's location was great for getting around. However, the TV was out of order, the elevator was in a bad state, and the room's door and soundproofing were pretty subpar. It's an okay place to stay, but don't expect too much.
