After stepping through the front door, I was swept into a parallel world that felt both incredibly cozy and meticulously detailed; the staff, especially Bouchra, the owner, supplied every piece of information we needed to navigate the city and its surroundings, making our Marrakech stay truly delightful.

This charming little oasis is stunning, with lovely staff, fantastic breakfast, and an adorable cat; though it’s a bit off the beaten path, it’s well worth the detour—sitting in the courtyard with a slightly pricey but well‑deserved rosé is pure bliss. Unfortunately, on our last morning a creepy guest tried to enter our room, leaving a sour aftertaste and suggesting that tighter room security would be beneficial.

“A gorgeous riad in the heart of Marrakech”

Road Samsara turned out to be an absolutely incredible, beautifully crafted boutique riad right in the heart of Marrakesh; the bedroom was amazing, complete with a courtyard that looked like a movie set, and the staff were the friendliest I’ve met—100 % would recommend to a friend. The parking was a nightmare, as most of the Medina is, but after contacting the hotel they sent someone to help.

One of the most beautiful riads, and the woman who attended us was wonderful, though it’s located in a very humble part of the Medina that tourists shouldn’t normally visit, even though a taxi can get you within 10 meters of the door. The location feels a bit disrespectful when you enter, as it’s dimly lit.
