The setting right on the Weser was lovely, the restaurant offered a beer garden and good food, and a limited number of free parking spots were available at the hotel. The drive was tricky even with GPS because it kept directing us onto a footpath; we had to detour into a pedestrian zone and then turn left onto a side street. Inside, everything felt a bit dated and the bathroom cleanliness was subpar. The accommodation felt overpriced for its standard.

The location on the Weser was relatively quiet and the beds were fine, but the price‑to‑value ratio was unacceptable; the stay with breakfast seemed worth only about 90 €, yet booking through the portal cost 138 €, while the owner, Fadi Fawaz, urged guests to book directly for 120 €. This felt deceptive. The entrance was awful, there were broken tiles in the 1970s‑style bathroom, the room was too small with mismatched furniture and décor, a door could only be locked with an ancient key, and an open storage area was nearby.

The location was good, but it seemed to depend on which room you got: mine didn’t match the photos and was somewhat dated. The Weser view was nice, yet I found the overall price too high and not fitting for the room.
