The staff’s flexibility and communication style were good, but a broken window (reported at reception) and dust nets were issues.
The mattresses and overall accommodation quality were disappointing.

Privacy is good—that’s all. The bathroom overflows whenever you shower, there's only one mirror in the toilet with no power outlet, so I couldn’t dry or style my hair; I literally didn’t get ready for three days!

The surroundings are gorgeous, but the building could use a fresh coat of paint.

The food at the restaurant was pretty good, yet we had to switch our first mobilehome because it was partially moldy inside and smelled musty. The second mobilehome would have been fine if not for neighbors who played loud music until the night; talking to them did nothing, and a call to the night staff also failed to resolve the issue. The next morning, the manager offered neither a different mobilehome nor a price reduction for the missing night, so we had to leave a night early. Thanks to the place for ruining our vacation.
