“Beautiful fibre optic star ceiling, polite and helpful staff but system malfunction is nightmare.”

The line of breafast is too mininmal. Quality of food is okay but selections must be much more calmparing to the price we paid. Electricity was black out fir an hour completelt dark in the room and lobby. The emergency lamp provided in the room was not serviceable! Had to walk down the emergency exit stair for 4 levels in the dark. Water heater in bathroom shut down a few times a day. Had to call for help whilst struggling in the middle of showering What a chaos!

“I highly enjoyed my stay at Viewpoint Khao Yai”

Everything! Staffs were very helpful. Orrnicha at front desk had been helping me in booking the transport. A very high range of breakfast with coffee. The swimming pool was big and well maintained, it also had a obstacle which amused my daughters. Location of Viewpoint Khao Yai is excellent - closer to all tourist spots. I had a very good time with my family. The depth of the private pool was not good

“Good Mountain View with Reasonable Price.”

The location is great, close to the main street “Mu si” with many cafés and restaurants, and there’s a swimming pool with warm water; however, the kids’ game facilities are not free.

The equipment is top‑class, the staff are very smiling, welcoming, and helped us organize our stay; the buffet is very good, and there’s a game room with a billiard table, arcade games, pinball, and video games.
