Side Prenses Resort Hotel & Spa

“Все отлично, рекомендую! Особенно рекомендую брать номер с видом на море😍”

I liked the food and the room was cleaned every day. We arrived at 2 a.m. and were offered to go eat on the road; the restaurant operates 24 hours. It was very tasty and there was a lot to try 😅 We didn’t manage to try everything. The sea is about five minutes away. Everything was super; I recommend it!

The beach was nice, but the bar staff were unpleasant and the lunch was the same every day.

“Standard 5 Sterne Hotel”

After a hiccup at check‑in I was upgraded to a suite, and although my wife and I were sent to a neighboring hotel for a night because of overbooking on arrival day, the upgrade erased all the worry and frustration. Still, getting to the beach was a long, tiring trek, the evening entertainment was terrible, the entertainer was downright unfriendly, and of all the five‑star hotels I’ve visited this one ranks as the worst.

“Ein fast toller Urlaub..leider gibt es an det Rezeption Mitarbeiter die dort nicht sein sollten”

The beach is close and the staff in food service and housekeeping are great. The reception staff are rude and act arbitrarily—there’s a blonde woman and a somewhat strong man with glasses who are unacceptable. Management should do something; we’ve been here four times and these two are unbearable. It’s a shame because most of the employees are wonderful and hardworking.

“ár-érték arány nem megfelelő.”

The hotel sits close to the old town and offers a generous, varied food selection, but we didn’t receive the room type we booked until three days later, the renovation work was sub‑par for a five‑star property, the drinks and cocktail menu were weak, and the beach bar was tiny.
