The building may look historic, but the interior feels very modern after a renovation four years ago, and the air‑conditioning kept the rooms comfortably cool even in summer. Its central spot makes it an ideal base for city trips, with a bus from the station taking about ten minutes to a nearby stop. Breakfast was a highlight – the room is small and you have to follow the “breakfast sample” schedule during peak times, but the food is prepared with great care using regional ingredients, making for a pleasant start to the day. The walk‑in shower on the same level was spacious, and because we arrived early and left later than the checkout time, we could store or drop off our luggage and pick it up later. All in all, I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Located right in the city centre, the hotel serves as an excellent launchpad for exploring. The welcome was friendly, the room was generous and surprisingly quiet despite the downtown location, and it was spotless – huge thanks to housekeeping, there wasn’t a speck of dust on the matte‑black furniture. We skipped the hotel breakfast because plenty of options were nearby, though the restaurant was busy. We parked for free on a side street and walked four minutes to the hotel, which worked fine. We’d definitely return and can truly recommend this place.
