“Superb clean hotel with good price”

The service was up to the mark; reception was very helpful, and if you want to check out late at night there's no problem. The size and cleanliness were great, and there was a shoe cleaning machine on the ground floor, which I liked lol. A shopping center and a cinema are just opposite the road, so you'll like it. On the first day of your stay, you have to pay for all days; this is a little weird.

最初に設定された部屋は窓から光が入らない部屋で、外が見える部屋が空いていたので変更を依頼したが、受付に日本語も英語も解らない親父が居て理解できず喧嘩になりそうだった。他の人が来て少し価格が上がるけど大丈夫かと話してもらい変更をしてもらった。1週間の滞在だったので窓のない部屋ではシンドそうだった。

“Will not even recommend it even for free.”

The location was the only good thing. The staff were rude, unruly, and very arrogant. They didn’t understand a bit of English and were very snobbish. We had to pick up our luggage and they made fun of us in their language. I was highly disappointed by their unruly behaviour and stone‑hearted hospitality.

“Never recommend even for free”

The location was the only good thing. The staff behaved in a pathetic, ill-mannered, arrogant, and unruly way. The end of our Vietnam trip was ruined by the worst hospitality imaginable. I doubt this will change with my comments because the staff are like this by nature.
