The staff were friendly, but the hotel experience was far from pleasant. The room was clean, yet a foul smell lingered from the moment we entered. The walls were dirty, worsening the negative vibe and making the room uncomfortable. The hotel markets itself as a sports facility, yet the pool was inaccessible, even though its availability was listed on Booking. That was a major disappointment for guests expecting to use it. Breakfast was adequate – the selection was suitable for a hotel of this class. In summary, the stay left mixed feelings: clean room and decent breakfast were positives, but the bad smell, dirty walls, and unavailable pool heavily impacted the overall rating.
