The location was fine, but the room was dirty, the TV didn’t work, and breakfast was disgusting.

Breakfast was decent and the staff were nice, but the room felt a bit small for what we paid; the Jacuzzi tub needs updating because the jets were weak, and the vending machine didn’t work.

The service was exceptional, especially Vinny at the front desk during our late arrival—friendly, helpful, empathetic, and genuinely caring, which is rare these days. Breakfast was great, and Vinny worked hard to keep everyone satisfied. Thank you for a great stay.

Beds was comfy,. They couldn't give you extra towels for the bedroom, the pullout bed had stains on the sheets, the guy on the FaceTime thing wasn't helping at all so basically you had to wait to talk to actual in person front desk person. It was a mid stay but that's how all the hotels been latelyy
