The room and hotel are very clean. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and prepared by very nice Uzbek women.

The hotel opened in 2024, so the renovation feels fresh. The room is clean, and there are no complaints about the bedding or towels. The staff are friendly and courteous. The pillows are uncomfortable, the blanket is missing from the room and must be requested, and you have to put it into the duvet cover yourself, which is irritating, especially when you check in at 02:00.

Everything was great: the amenities, the location, and the staff’s service. The location might not appeal to tourists because it’s far from attractions, but I chose this hotel on purpose since I wasn’t traveling as a tourist.

Despite its unappealing exterior and location, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's interior. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, and the rooms were of a good size. The breakfast was delicious, and the soundproofing was surprisingly effective, thanks to the carpeting. However, the bathroom renovation was a bit of a nuisance, but it didn't cause any major disruptions.
