I’m David Pensamiento, and I have an excellent opinion of almost everything. The continental breakfast was pretty good, the coffee and bread were tasty, the personalized service was outstanding, the room was comfortable and clean, and the mountain view was fabulous. We’ll be back soon. Thanks. The details are almost imperceptible.

The staff are excellent, their service is attentive, and they resolve everything within their power. The room was too hot and there was no air conditioning; additionally, the shower drain cover was shut, so we had to open it by hand.
