I never found anything good about this place; it was just ordinary. The room was tiny, like a typical business hotel, and there was no comfortable spot to relax—just a long bench without a backrest. There was no desk or chair, so even filling out the survey was a struggle. The view from the window was just the building itself, giving the impression of a business hotel near the station, which felt like overpaying for a high-priced stay that didn’t justify itself. The restaurant tables were wobbly and unadjusted; I expected them to be tidied after wiping, but both the dinner and breakfast tables were the same and still shaky. Before breakfast at 7 am, I asked the front desk staff about walking around the area after breakfast, but their reply was rushed and unhelpful, even though the place was actually suitable for a stroll; it seemed the staff weren’t well trained. I will never stay here again.

The staff were attentive, especially during meals where they made the experience enjoyable. However, dust was an issue: although five of us were staying, only two floor cushions were set out, and when we fetched the rest from the closet half of them were completely white. Overall, the dust control was rather lax.

I couldn’t find my room, but I managed to see the fireworks moderately well – a better view would have required extra payment, and the room itself was fine. I arrived around 2 pm and felt let down by inaccurate information, especially since the first parking lot was reservation‑only and I received no further details, which was surprising. I have many things to say, but the biggest disappointment was the food. I’ve been to other Ōedo Onsen PIM locations and the cuisine was completely different, which was disappointing. Even though it was a fireworks day and the price was higher, I expected consistent quality; the meals at the Fukui PIM were far superior, so I’m confused about the variation. The room’s bathroom and toilet were combined in a single unit, which felt like a hotel‑style layout and was disappointing for a new opening of Ōedo Onsen. I also wish the booking service had provided more accurate info – they wouldn’t even give me the phone number for Ōedo Onsen Enakyo, making reservations difficult. The stairs to the fourth‑floor bath were steep; as a person with mobility issues, I struggled even with handrails, and my arms hurt. I could go on forever with minor complaints, so I’ll stop here.

“終わってる。”

The only thing that went smoothly was the flexible handling when they switched my room, and the view plus the hamburger at dinner were decent. I expected the two rooms I booked to be next to each other or at least on the same floor, but they ended up in a different tower far away; even after they changed it, I was left waiting at the front desk for over 40 minutes and I think they could have dealt with it differently. When we ate, staff helped clear the dishes but then forced us to finish the few leftovers, which they never mentioned to other guests. An elderly guest was given a pudding he hadn’t even touched, and they simply put it back on the tray. The arcade and table‑tennis area were already switched off about 40 minutes before the advertised closing time.
