The front desk staff were really friendly and nice, especially the brother who helped me.
The dinner was excellent and the staff were super accommodating, even giving me a free birthday drink.
The view was amazing, that's for sure.
The onsen bath was a highlight - it was great to relax and unwind.

The food was delicious and the view from the room was wonderful. Adding a handrail on the way to the open‑air bath would let older guests enjoy it more comfortably.

From the moment we entered, the ambience, stylish rooms, location, dinner, breakfast, open‑air bath atmosphere, cleanliness, bathing hours, staff service, and even though we were staying from Kagoshima, everything left us completely satisfied. The only minor issue was the fogged glass on the sea‑side side of the large bath, and having a cold‑water pool would have made the experience even better.

Even though a typhoon forced us to stay indoors and we missed out on the sand bath, the facilities were tidy and well‑maintained, and I really appreciated the complimentary drink prepared for guests at the lobby. I didn’t notice any particular problems.
