“Rooms clean very quiet staff coutreous and friendly”
The location offered easy access to the highway. Nothing else to note.

The room was clean, soundproofing was okay, the King bed and mattress were comfortable. Good experience.

The location was very good, close to the highway and restaurants. The air conditioner was noisy.

The hotel’s proximity to the highway, secure and free parking, reasonable price, and clean amenities were positives. However, the bed was too hard—felt like sleeping on a sheet of plywood. I’ve traveled worldwide for 30 years and this was the worst bed I’ve ever slept on. I told the lady at the lobby about the hard bed and she admitted the beds are firm, saying some people prefer firm mattresses. Firm is one thing, but rock hard is not for us. There was no empathy for our sleepless night. I will not return.

At check‑out, I was warned by the charming lady who didn’t speak French; BA still made an effort to say a few French words, very smiling and friendly. She made me laugh. When I arrived at the counter, the two young people were texting, as if I was bothering them, and I told them I had a reservation as if I wasn’t a serious guest… When I took a shower, the bathroom’s fade was not functional, which caused a lot of humidity in the room; the air conditioning didn’t work… When I told the two texting young people that the bathroom’s fable of Marc’s room was not answered with a response code, saying it was a central system, which was not the case, I also added that the coffee was cold when I was there at 6 am during the restaurant opening. I also noticed many stains on the main entrance floor at 22:21 when I arrived at 20:00, and in the morning, at my departure at 6 am, the floor was still dirty. The two texting young people could have worked a little more under the shower pressure for a worker who needs a shower boot; the computer in the room wasn’t functional.
