I had a frustrating experience with the pricing at this hotel. I was charged an extra fee of 200, but the promised refund of 100 never materialized. This unexpected expense put a damper on my stay, and I felt that the hotel's pricing policies were unclear and unfair. Overall, I was not impressed with the value I received.
