The chalet was roomy and super comfy! The sheets and towels were top quality. The AC kept our chalet pleasantly warm. The landscaping was beautiful, the view from the lodge was amazing, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. We loved it a lot :)) The gas fireplace ruined the charm; it left a smell in the room and we couldn’t keep it on. Other than that everything was great!!!

The location is fantastic—lots of greenery, quiet, and relatively close to the road. Near the village (Araras town center), but you still need a car like any other lodge in the area to get to the center. We really enjoyed the comfort of the chalet: it’s big, has a king bed, good duvet, a spacious wardrobe, a nice shower, and even a Jacuzzi tub. Bruno is a special case—super friendly, proactive, and full of good tips, available 24 hours! Breakfast was good, especially on Sunday when it was really great! The bread was fresher and there were two cakes I love most, orange and chocolate! I loved the breakfast and cleaning staff; we felt at home. We’ll come back with kids and grandkids!
