The building is immaculate and the location is outstanding. However, there were thousands of emails but the correct instructions were never sent. The water doesn’t heat up – it’s terrible in winter. The refrigerator starts making noise in the middle of the night. When you call support, the reply is that “there is nothing they can do immediately” (immediately meaning 5 days of stay). I do not recommend it.

Everything from start to finish. The duvet wrapped in the bed was dirty and one pillowcase was also dirty.

The room comfortably fits two people, is cozy and clean. The neighborhood is also quiet and has a nearby metro stop, with snack bars on the street offering simple, good‑quality food at good prices. I was disappointed that I couldn’t use the shared kitchen and that the bathroom lighting needs improvement.

Well located. The room had no curtains, so I had to use a blanket and the air conditioner wasn’t working. I was poorly treated at reception, with little information about the building. WhatsApp support was quick, but there were critical hygiene problems with the room and its condition. I do not recommend it.
