The spot is outstanding, just a short walk from Flaminio station and Piazza del Popolo, with a variety of local spots nearby, and the room and bathroom were clean. Everything was fine.

The location and building were great, but the bath wasn’t clean; we had to put the towels on the floor so they could replace them with new ones, yet they simply hung them on the radiator/heater. Two towels were really dirty from the floor and the staff just put them back on the radiator—I even have photos. Also, the room wasn’t set up on one of the days.
