We had a dog bed and a bowl for our pup, and the location was quiet and pretty. The room felt very Spartan, nothing cozy at all. It was freezing both in the room and the restaurant, and the cleanliness was lacking. The food was horribly salty and the dumplings were raw inside; I never thought I’d eat so bad in a tavern. Breakfast was fine, but the Nutella was expired and the cheese wasn’t fresh.

Everything was quiet, calm, and just beautiful ❤️ The owner was friendly, kind, and very polite.

The price and value are not comparable. The room was cold and couldn’t be heated adequately. The bathroom heater was completely dusty, and there was no trash bin in the room. I don’t recommend this hotel and won’t book it again.

I fully dispute your invoice for the stay from 01.02. to 03.02. 2026. I checked into the room I had booked on 01.02., and that very evening I discovered that, despite the heating being turned up completely, the room stayed cold. When I called to report the problem you only suggested turning the radiator higher, which did not solve anything. With outside temperatures well below zero, the room remained chilly throughout, making any rest impossible. I ended up wearing a warm jacket inside and later slipped into workout clothes under the blankets. At around 04:00 am I woke up because of the persistent cold and texted you again asking for a fix. A heated room in winter is a basic contractual requirement; the lack of adequate heating constitutes a serious defect under § 536 BGB and rendered the room unusable. Since my complaint was properly filed yet no remedy was provided, I could not reasonably continue the stay. I therefore terminated the contract on the morning of 02.02. for cause under § 543 (1) BGB and informed you by phone. I claim a 100 % rent reduction for the first night pursuant to § 536 BGB, and because I exercised the extraordinary termination, I have no claim for payment for the second night. I see no basis for any charge and request written confirmation within seven days that you will cancel the invoice in full. I will also document the case elsewhere.
