“Room to improve”
The staff were exceptionally helpful, especially the management. They went out of their way to assist with the internet issues I was experiencing and didn’t leave until everything was fully resolved. The room was not properly cleaned - there were marks on the walls and lipstick stains on the curtains. There were no shower curtains, so one resorted to using the bathtub, which wasn't draining. In the dining hall, tables were not wiped down after clearing the tables. Surprisingly, in a country famous for tea, there was no tea available
