The beer garden had live entertainment and the pub served classic meals well. However, the pub feels old‑fashioned and there’s no proofing for the soup.

The pool is artesian and parking is easy. The downside is that there’s no afternoon entertainment in the outdoor beer garden, unlike previous stays.
