The view over the vineyards was very pleasant. However, the outdoor spaces were almost entirely defined by the pool, with few areas for guests to relax and enjoy the scenery during their stay. Additionally, the room faced the access road to the property and the main traffic route, which partially reduced tranquility and the view. The stay did not start in the best way. At arrival the manager presented the accommodation as suitable for four people without explaining the apartment’s features or guests’ needs. Inside, the accommodation was not functional for four people: it had only one bathroom accessible from the double bedroom, one power outlet, and overall limited space. Even though a kitchen was present, there was no table. Despite the available view, the apartment’s windows faced directly onto the vehicular passage used to access the main road, reducing privacy and quiet. Parking was also limited, shared between the property’s guests and the attached restaurant’s customers. Another negative point was the lack of Wi‑Fi in the room, even though it was listed as a service. In an area where mobile connection was almost nonexistent, this was a significant drawback. Wi‑Fi was only available in the reception area, but it was too slow even for basic online searches. The most disappointing aspect was definitely breakfast. We had agreed the night before for 9:00, at the manager’s request who was willing to accommodate our needs; however, the person in charge of service was not informed. Breakfast was far below the cost of 7 euros per person: only packaged crackers, a few biscuits, and a mediocre cappuccino were served, all in a poorly welcoming room that did not showcase the beautiful exterior view.

The internal staff were good, but the hair dryer was missing, there were no outlets for chargers, and the blankets were not warm enough because the canopy had no thermal lining.
