I appreciated the comfort and spaciousness of the room, the onsen was superb, and the environment was great surrounded by nature, making the whole experience wonderful, but there were no laundry facilities for us to wash our clothes.

The onsen and the personal open‑air bath in the room were great. Unfortunately, the dinner option was sold out when I arrived.

The village thermal is adorable, with plenty of hiking trails around for all skill levels, and the staff can handle English efficiently. Booking private baths and in‑room massages is a breeze, and the staff are friendly, smiling, and always available. The tea and coffee corner overlooking the forest is a real treat.
