I’ve stayed here three times while working in Ramsey, and each visit has been great – the staff are friendly and accommodating and will do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable. I would stay here again if I ever come back this way.

I’ve stayed here a few times now and the staff and location are always excellent. I play golf, so between work I can hit the course.

The location is great and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The hot tub was fabulous on a warm, still evening under the stars. Unfortunately, there’s no option to hire clubs for the driving range.

The location and facilities were decent, and Ramsay local town felt very pleasant. However, the hot tub was dirty on the first day, a strong sewage smell lingered from the bathroom throughout the stay, and parts of the property were poorly maintained—there was a radiator wrapped in gaffer tape and the hot tub filter cover was missing from the bottom of the tub. Was it even safe?! The breakfast was advertised as 8 to 11, but on the first day it wasn’t available because of a ‘corporate event’ at 9 am, and on the second day they had to check that it was on. It felt poor that paying guests’ services were treated as optional depending on how busy they were. Just don’t advertise on‑site breakfast if you don’t serve it half the time.

I stayed here the week before and came back because I really liked it. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location on the golf course was lovely, which I took full advantage of each night. The rooms were really hot—air‑con would help—especially since it was the hottest week of the year.
