The location was nice, but the stay was very disappointing and the complaint went unresolved: we stayed four nights and faced a series of issues—our initially assigned room was already occupied, repeated problems accessing the room, missing essential items, inadequate cleaning, advertised services that were not provided or were replaced, and several problems with the restaurant services. We reported these problems during the stay and later submitted a detailed complaint with supporting evidence, yet we have not received a satisfactory solution. We regret the gap between the promised services at booking and what we actually experienced, so we advise against staying here until these issues are fixed.

The positives were minimal. I didn’t like paying for two breakfasts in advance. I arrived ill, and I was upset to see a sick staff member, to be unable to eat that breakfast, to request a refund for non‑consumption, and to be met with a firm denial under the pretext that “it was fresh.” As a person with a disability, with a card in hand, no exception was made. I find this attitude unbecoming of a hotel that prides itself on an excellent level of hospitality.
