Cleanliness, location and most important the staff and the people. They even upgraded my room for free. Everything was absolutely to notch. Nothing to not like

The hotel sits close to the metro station and the rooms are spacious, with budget‑friendly rates. However, there is no intercom to speak with the front desk, so you have to go down each time you need to communicate, which can be inconvenient if you’re on the third floor. The room isn’t cleaned while you’re away; they returned the key saying they hadn’t cleaned because they expected you to return later that evening.
