I rarely travel or stay in hotels, but when I booked a solo night, I felt unexpectedly fancy; the lady at the bar was amazing and helped me feel out of place while I tried to get fries, and the guy at the front counter on Saturday night was a huge help. I wish breakfast were included or at least more signs indicating where the coffee was.

The location is good, but the facility is poor: the washroom isn’t cleaned regularly, the gadgets are ancient, and the shower is only average.

The breakfast was great for a hotel, but the air conditioning barely worked and the shower pressure was nonexistent.

The staff were great, rooms very clean and modern, and the bathroom was very nice, but only one elevator worked and it moved very slowly, and there was no stair access from the lobby.
