The location was nice, but I had to switch rooms twice because of issues with the rooms.

The beach was nice, but the food was expensive and you can only watch cable TV for entertainment.

The staff were excellent and the facilities were magnificent, but I only stayed two nights and three days—hahaha.

The pool was fine, but the room lacked a trash can, the night light was unplugged, there was only one outlet to charge my phone, the shower floor was full of hair, there was no hand soap in the bathroom, and the exhaust fan didn’t work at all. The A/C worked, but the control reading didn’t match the unit’s reading. Some workers used profanity, which was awful, especially with small children around. I had stayed here before and it was nice, but this time my experience was not good.
