The host was very friendly, the dinner was delicious and the sunset outing was a real treat. The only downside was that our room had no direct view of the outside.

The terrace was gorgeous with a view of Wadi Musa, the staff were friendly and helpful, the place was very clean, and breakfast was a solid pick. The description that the hotel sits right next to Petra turned out to be wrong – it’s actually about a 10‑minute drive or more than a 30‑minute walk away.

Perfect. Baker explained how to visit Petra perfectly, took us to see the sunset, arranged the taxi, and the dinner was excellent. I’ll definitely return to Petra and repeat this experience.

Baker is very knowledgeable and helpful, arranging transport into Petra National Park, supplying great meals, and packing lunches for our walk around the ancient site; the hotel’s views are amazing, the sunset tour was fabulous, and we enjoyed two unforgettable nights. There is a parking spot for the car. There isn’t anything to dislike. The property sits atop a very steep hill, making it impossible to walk into town, but the food cooked by the host’s family is so good that it makes going anywhere else unnecessary. I simply loved the place.
