“Soggiorno deludente: troppe difformità e servizi da rivedere”
We chose this place after reading reviews, but our five‑day stay didn’t match the hype. The only bright spot was Mr. Alessandro’s friendliness, which we appreciated. The breakfast was a major let‑down: the site promised a rich buffet with sweets, pies, fruit, and more, yet we found only a table‑top menu to order from Mr. Alessandro, which felt awkward. The room layout was poor; the wardrobe had no shelves or drawers, forcing us to keep our suitcases on the chairs all week. The TV was tiny and positioned inconveniently for relaxed viewing. In the bathroom, the shower lacked a single‑handle mixer, making temperature control difficult, the bidet water pressure was almost nonexistent, and there was no toilet paper holder, so the paper stayed “floating.” At night, the main entrance light was always off when we returned, a safety issue we pointed out to the manager, especially given the three steps and the dark, isolated setting. – GIANNI
