The rooms with balconies were spotless and tidy. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. On weekend evenings the bar area felt cozy with soft furniture, cushions, live music, a large pool, but there were only two saunas.

The price for bringing a pet was too high.

Nice place, amazing spa! The parking at the hotel was a hassle and I had to pay extra for a coffee at breakfast.

The room was cozy and a nice place to stay. The hotel is especially convenient for car arrivals, with easy access and parking. It can be reached by public transport, a 15‑minute walk from the train station. The location is also fairly close to the beach, and if you want a quieter area away from crowds it can be a good choice. However, overall the experience was disappointing, especially since I chose this place for a relaxing wellness stay. The wellness facilities were far from relaxing, particularly on Saturday. The pool area was noisy, with children screaming and jumping into the fast‑swimming lane even though signs said jumping was forbidden. The sauna was equally let‑down; children shouted inside, many guests talked loudly, and I once had to share the sauna with a couple arguing. Maybe it’s a cultural difference, but I’m used to saunas being quiet places to relax. Although the breakfast buffet offered many options, the quality of many items felt low. The hotel restaurant was also underwhelming, and there are few other dining options nearby, especially for those relying on public transport. In fact, without a car the location feels somewhat isolated and far from most amenities. Finally, I booked a classic massage, which turned out to be one of the worst massages I’ve ever had. I was told it would be a strong massage, but it wasn’t, and the overall quality of the treatment was disappointing.
