Everything was spotless and the service was flawless; the location is fantastic, and both the staff and the owner were extremely attentive.

The proximity to the S‑bahn was great – basically right in front of the exit – but the area feels a bit peripheral: there’s a good restaurant right in front of the hotel and a bakery‑pastry shop 500 m away that’s open on Sunday mornings. Otherwise, breakfast requires some effort. The reception was almost never manned. I asked to fix a sink drain that wasn’t working and was told it would be fixed, but it wasn’t. The room was 4 m by 3 m, no breakfast, and there was no space to open a suitcase or hang two items (except for a wall‑mounted rack with four metal hooks). It didn’t justify the 80 € per day I paid for two days. My room was 20 m from the S‑bahn trains, so the noise was obvious until a certain time. There was no air conditioning. Cleaning was decent for what I saw, but there was no towel replacement. It could work for one or two nights, but not for longer.

The power outlet was directly at the bed and check‑in was straightforward, but there were hair and lint on the bed, the room wasn’t very clean overall, and it felt rather uncomfortable.

The location was perfect – right by the train station – and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there was no breakfast offered, but that wasn’t a problem because we could manage on our own.
