The spot was good, but the room had a musty odor like old air‑conditioning filters.

The location was great—no need to drive for dinner, with plenty of top restaurants within walking distance, even right next door on both sides and across the street. The pool was a problem: it had no steps, just a ladder, and at 63 with a recent shoulder replacement I didn’t have much arm strength, so I only swam briefly; the chlorine was too strong and made my eyes burn.

The front desk, Mayel was very helpful & the breakfast attendant was friendly & accommodating. I asked for room service the 1st day & all the housekeeper did was replace the towels. No cleaning, beds were not made, trash was not emptied

We couldn’t stream on the TV; it had barely any channels and the staff couldn’t fix it, so we had to leave to watch the fight on Paramount+ elsewhere and then return, wasting that night’s money. In other rooms we had been able to stream, and they didn’t even offer to move us.
