The hotel is small, only four rooms with sea view in the old town, everything is walkable, the breakfast is good but starts at 9:30 h and is served at 10:00 h. The late start for breakfast was the only complaint.

Location. The balance price-quality , the room definitely doesn't worth 140 Euro per a night. The breakfast timetable was 9-12.30 , at 9.10 a waiter told me that the chef will come at the work in 10 minutes, I left the hotel without breakfast because it was too late for me. I definitely don't recomend this hotel

The location was excellent, the staff were friendly, the room cleaning was fantastic, and the food was good. Nothing to add.

The view of the sea from the restaurant and the room was magnificent. Everything was good.

A cozy hotel with just four rooms, the window view matches the pictures, the staff are friendly, and Side’s glass‑tile streets hide ancient artifacts beneath—this hotel follows that vibe. The sea is almost visible from the restaurant, breakfast is plentiful, and Greek music creates a relaxed atmosphere. The room door and window could use fixing, and the lounge nearby plays loud music at night, though it didn’t bother us for long. The price feels a bit high, but Side is a museum town with few rooms, which probably explains it.
