The location and old‑world charm of the hotel were appealing, but we were very disappointed by the value for money. The air‑conditioning was inadequate, and we were told upon arrival that the TV wouldn’t work, yet no compensation was offered. The safe didn’t work, housekeeping was only available on request, the rooms were poorly sound‑proofed, and the staff seemed indifferent to guests violating the pool rules.

The location is amazing and a good investment, but the price was too high and didn't match the value I paid for. The front‑desk lady named Güzel met me with a cigarette and a tracksuit, and she was very unfriendly and didn't know how to talk to guests. Hakan Bey worked the front desk at night; he was a wonderful, helpful, smiling person who knew how to deal with guests, which is why I’m sharing this experience. They don’t even deserve this rating. I asked for an invoice, they said they would send it via Booking, but there is no such thing—I've been a hotelier for 20 years. I contacted Booking, and if they don’t send it, I’ll write to the Ministry of Tourism and the Ministry of Finance; they’ll know what to do next. I have the payment receipt.

The view from the room is wonderful, and there’s a large terrace with a sunshade. The room is small but clean and cozy. The hotel is tidy, in good condition, and has an elevator. Breakfasts are good; you can sit inside or by the pool. If you sit by the pool, cats will come. Paid coffee at breakfast costs about 170 lira per cup. It’s not just machine coffee, it’s like a café. The only drinks at breakfast are tea; no juices. There are no mosquito nets on the windows, so insects fly into the room.

The hotel's location, room, and overall ambiance were all top-notch. I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness and the delicious snacks available, and the Wi-Fi connection was seamless. However, I must admit that I was a bit disappointed with some aspects.
