The desert tent camp had an exotic vibe and the camel ride was a highlight, yet the shower was worn, dirty, and didn’t drain properly, and there was no ice or fan; the staff attempted to help but could use better hospitality training.

The location was good, but the welcome was somewhat unfriendly, communication was lacking—especially about the booked camel ride—and the breakfast and dinner were very simple; the infrastructure was quite poor with a curtain falling, broken door locks, no outlets in the tent, and very weak lighting.

We had a great time at this camp, thanks to the friendly staff, lovely atmosphere, and fantastic music around the campfire. The breakfast was also top-notch. However, it was a bit chilly in our tent, which was a shame.

The staff here are absolute gems, always smiling and willing to help. The food is top-notch, with a great selection of local dishes. And let's not forget the stunning sand dunes just a short walk away. If only they had a bit more warmth in the bedding, it would be perfect.

Unfortunately, this camp didn't live up to its promises. The facilities were nowhere near as luxurious as advertised, and the tents were sweltering hot. A ceiling fan would have been a welcome addition to our tent.
