The place is in a great spot, the apartments are cozy, and we, a family of six, had plenty of space; the kitchen is fully equipped, and there’s a gazebo with a grill outside, plus you can buy firewood from them. We were happy with the trip, and the bonus was the fantastic mountain view. The entrance was tough for a low vehicle, and the apartments had a lot of huge black spiders—probably from the ground floor.

The accommodation sits right next to the forest, close to a waterfall. The house comes with a superb set of dishes needed for a large group, a separate entrance, a grill, a terrace, a dishwasher, and an oven. Everything was handy.

The cottage was a hit and the real Carpathian silence was a treat! It’s far enough from the road to keep the peace. Cleanliness in every room was great, the kitchen had everything for a long stay, and the fresh sheets and towels left a good impression. We’re grateful to the staff who help with anything while trying not to disturb your rest. Thanks for the stay! The photos on Booking didn’t match expectations – we were pleasantly surprised, but we expected a bit smaller. The only wish is to think about adding more parking spots on the property, though it’s not critical since the staff can help if needed.

We stayed in a two‑person room and everything was fine. The only downside was that there was almost no area near the cottages to relax outside the room.

I find it unacceptable that hotel staff spoke in the aggressor’s state language, which is unacceptable today. During our stay we faced several issues that greatly affected the quality. The top‑level office staff showed poor communication and didn’t resolve matters promptly. At check‑in, hot water was missing. Because check‑in was late evening, we chose not to bother the staff and reported it the next morning. They said the boiler served two rooms and supposedly only warm water was used. Later we learned the boiler failed due to a power cut. They told us it was repaired and hot water would return in half an hour, but we actually waited until 3 pm and no hot water arrived, so we had to shower in the neighboring room. The next day, power problems recurred: even though the generator ran, there was no electricity in the room.
